The only fall regatta that Granby Crew participates in is the Head of the Lafayette (River) Regatta which takes place on Halloween weekend.  As you can imagine there are lots of fun team costume themes.  Ian’s team chose to be Vikings! And they said they were NOT cold! There were Soda Pops – where all the team members wore T Shirts sporting soda logos.  The women had a ballerina boat, and a Santa and his reindeer boat.  It was cute, but like Ian said, the reindeer were going the wrong way.  There was a teletubby team – yeah – a mother made all of the costumes for them.  We weren’t quite sure about that team…
